 Our Competition series smokers are fabricated from double wall 3/16 thick carbon plate steel. We do not fabricate from used materials. Mill test reports can be provided upon request. 

Cook chamber: 34” wide x 28” deep x 42" Tall

Stock weight is 944 lbs.

Standard Issue:

01. Double wall fully insulated with 2" insulation.

02. 1/2 Thick carbon steel doors.

03. Two 3" Ball Valve air Intake

04. One 4" exhaust with damper. 

05. 3/4" Solid Rod Handles (One on each side)

06. Five 3/4" Solid Rod hinges  

07. Four 10" Solid rubber caster wheels with locks. 

08. One 3" Thermometer with 4-inch shroud.  

09. One 3/16" carbon steel removable Water / Drip pan.

10. One 3/16 removable Ash pan.

11. One Removable Fire Basket.
