Our live fire series cookers are fabricated from new 1/4 thick carbon steel. We do not fabricate from used materials. Mill test reports can be provided upon request.
Chamber dimensions are 60” long x 27” depth x 14” tall.
Stock weight is 644 lbs.

01. Two 20"x24" cook racks plasma cut from 3/16 carbon plate steel and framed with 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" carbon steel angle.
02. Cook Chamber bottom and walls are lined with 1 1/4" thick refractory brick splits & high heat mortar.
03. One front fold down access door.
04. Two 14”x24” prep racks fabricated from 3/4 #9 expanded metal framed in 1 1/2"x1 1/2" carbon steel angle.
05. Legs are fabricated from 3x3 carbon steel tubing
06. Bottom storage rack fabricated from 3/4 #9 expanded metal. (60"x27")
07. Four 10” solid rubber casters with locks (two ridged and two swivel)
07. Four D-Ring 2,000 lb. Tie-Downs
