 Our Stock series smokers are fabricated from new 1/4 thick carbon steel. We do not fabricate from used materials. Mill test reports can be provided upon request.

09. One 3" Thermometer with 4-inch shroud.  

10. One 1/4" carbon steel removable Water / Drip pan.

11. One 10-gauge removable Ash pan.
