Our Texas-Traditional series smokers are crafted from new, high-quality carbon steel structural pipe, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance. We do not use recycled or old propane tanks, guaranteeing safety and reliability. Mill test reports are available upon request to verify material quality.

Cook chamber: 30” dia. x 120” length x 3/8 wall thickness.

Firebox: 30” dia. x 36” long x 3/8” wall thickness. Wheelbase = 54” wide x ” long.  Height is 92” to top of exhaust stack. Stock weight is 2,497 lbs.
