Texas Traditional 500 Gallon

 Our Texas-Traditional series smokers are fabricated from carbon steel structural pipe. We do not fabricate from old propane tanks. 

Cook chamber: 36” dia. x 120” length x 3/8 wall thickness.

Firebox: 36” dia. x 36” long x 3/8” wall thickness. Wheelbase = 60” wide x 156” long.  Height is 92” to top of exhaust stack. 

 01. Tripple access cook chamber doors with ¾ solid rod custom hinges.

02. 1" Dia solid rod access handles.

03. Tel Tru thermometers with 4" shroud.

03a. 3/4 #9 expanded metal cook racks (Framed in 1x1 Angle iron)

04. Rear door Firebox with six slot adjustable airflow door latch system.

05. Three-piece removable single level cook grates.

06. 8” dia. x 72” long exhaust with adjustable damper and heat collector at cook chamber exit.

07. Three 1 1/2" grease drains with ball valve.

08. 120”x16” rack across front of cook chamber.
